Even though this was the first time I had met the Greusel family,  it felt as though we had already known each other.  This amazing family is full of love and hugs and we had a fantastic time taking photos up near Red Rock. I love, love, love how their portraits came out!

This love story was so much fun to capture as it was the wedding of my beautiful niece Savannah and her now husband Brandon! Savannah and Brandon came to Vegas to do their engagement photos earlier in the year and I could tell in those moments during their session that these two were meant for each other. Her eyes sparkle and his smile lights up a room when they are near each other.

Because of the crazy Utah weather, we ended up having to switch our bridal session and first look to the Capitol building as it was indoors and dry. The next morning was the wedding and the yucky weather continued as it was overcast and a very chilly spring morning in the low 40’s. For this desert girl, that is COLD!!! Savannah and Brandon were married in the Draper Utah LDS temple with their reception following at a small park near her grandparents home. It was a quaint and fun reception with cake, smores and soda pop in the bottle. Lots of dancing was to be had.

Thank you Savannah and Brandon for letting me be a part of your big day! What a beautiful wedding it was and I wish all the best for a happy future together!

2017-05-23_0009.jpgPINIMAGEBrandon waited patiently at the elevator for his bride to appear.  The elevator situation was a little tricky and Savannah ended up passing the floor Brandon was waiting on and went to the basement instead.  We all had a pretty good laugh and he didn’t even know as his eyes were closed!  Eventually they found each other and the first look was awesome! 2017-05-23_0010.jpgPINIMAGE

This blog post is long overdue, but feeling a little nostalgic as this adorable couple will soon be celebrating baby Hannah’s 1st birthday.  I thought I should get her maternity photos blogged before Hannah turns 1!  (sorry Sarah)  Such a beautiful session up in the snowy mountains of Mt. Charleston just 45 minutes from Las Vegas!

I met Cora several years ago through her mother when she was just a teenager.  Over the years, I have had the opportunity to get to know Cora and have been a witness to the amazing person she is. Cora is not only beautiful on the outside, but she has such a caring, giving, selfless, and kind heart.  Cora won an instagram contest and was given this photo session as her prize.  She couldn’t be more deserving, more appreciative and the perfect person to have won this session.
